
What we’re about
LGBTQIA+ Wellbeing is a group focused on activities to enhance mental, physical and emotional wellness.
We'll be offering a variety of activities:
Online - guided meditation, yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork and group coaching around topics such as sleep, movement, nutrition and stress.
In person - walks, yoga, gong baths, cold water swimming, outdoor and indoor fitness.
Suggestions are very welcome, so please do let us know if there's an event or activity you'd like to take part in.
About the group and group etiquette:
- This group is for anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA+, is not therapeutic but focuses on the 5 pillars of good health (according to Functional Medicine), they are movement, relaxation, stress-relief, sleep and nutritious food.
- Please be respectful of others people's identities and experiences.
- We like to welcome everyone. If you RSVP to an event, please change your RSVP, even if it's for the last minute so we're not looking out for you.
- There will be both free and paid-for events available.
