LGBTech is an organization of tech professionals dedicated to enriching a strong community for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and other awesome people.

Organization Objectives: <br>1.Enhancing Professional LGBT Community Connecting LGBT professionals through fun networking events, providing access to and increasing visibility of LGBT industry leaders, facilitating professional opportunities and offering lectures as well as other content. <br> <br> 2. Advocating for diversity in the workplace Promoting the provision of equal rights/perks for LGBT employees, working with companies to enable the creation of comfortable and safe working environments. <br> <br>3. Embracing the wider LGBT community Supporting side-lined members of our community and non-profit LGBT organizations with limited resources, through donations, mentoring partnerships and raising the profile of relevant and inspiring role-models. <br>
