Tai Chi Workshop
This workshop is going to be designed for beginners; we are going to be covering the Tai Chi “simple 24 form” we will start by learning the movement and follow it with our breathing and weight distribution. We will start by holding basic postures, then we will move into a few exercises which will help us stretch and warm-up the muscles, followed by the first five forms (moving postures), and towards the end we will go over some tai chi self-defense applications. The workshop should last about 75 mins. Cost of this class is going to be $10 and I am going to limit the class to 6 for this group. Let me know if you have any questions
