Recognizing his ambition and natural talent for trading, Fausto Pugliese took Josh under his wing as his protégé; teaching him everything he knew about tape reading and how to treat trading as a business. After nearly two years, Josh honed his craft and felt comfortable sharing the information he learned by instructing the Phase 1 course. The feedback was so positive from our students that he began leading the weekly Traders Talk workshops in the CyberGroup trading room, as well as initiating the coaching program. Michael Turner will be our main speaker. See his bio below. HIS TOPIC: How to ALWAYS know when and how to be IN or OUT of the market. This methodology beat the market in every decade from 1930, to present. In most decades, using this strategy beat the market by more than 150% to 250%. It never had a losing year, regardless of the market. It went to cash the Wednesday before the infamous “Black Monday”. Last year, it beat the S&P 500 by more than 19%. Now, with all of this outperformance, you might think this is a high-risk strategy, but you would be wrong! This strategy is far lower risk than buy-and-hold. And, not one time, not in all the massive bear markets over the past 90 years, did this strategy have any major losses not once. BIO: Michael Turner, president and chief portfolio manager of Turner Capital Investments, LLC, has a strong financial, mathematical, computer science and engineering background. He takes a disciplined, rules-based approach to trading through the use of his unique Market-Directional investment methodology. Mr. Turner is the author of the widely read and popular books, “10: The Essential Rules for Beating the Market” and “Rule 1 for Investing”. The distinct differentiator between Turner Capital (a fiduciary) and all other traditional money management firms is his primary objective to increase client wealth in both bull and bear markets.
