What we're about

Hi, my name is Milly and I created this group to teach people affected by cancer simple yet powerful tools to reduce stress, fear and anxiety.
I am a teacher by nature, a scientist by training and a therapist by career and I wish to share the power of my knowledge and expertise to a wider audience.
If you believe that the mind can affect the body and you want to gain a sense of calm and control over your life this group is for you.
I think that we can fix better what we understand so this group is about why and how you can gain more control of your emotions and your life.
The 2 hours will include understanding and practicing one or more tool and technique including: visualisation (mental imagery), self-hypnosis, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP, but also learning about yourself, and because we are all unique, developing your own approaches to these practices.
