What we're about

LOPSA-NJ is a Users’ Group for System Administrators in the New Jersey area.

Or, more formally:

LOPSA-NJ, like our parent organization, LOPSA, is dedicated to the advancement of the profession and practice of System Administration. Toward those ends, this chapter aims to build a community of local contacts to share our experiences, solutions, tips, and techniques on addressing the technical and professional issues we encounter. We are a platform-agnostic organization, like LOPSA itself, and, as such, we welcome and encourage network managers, Windows and UNIX systems administrators, desktop support technicians, and anyone else that manages computer systems to join our community.

This group is dedicated to the members who supported this from the beginning and that we have lost John Boris and Kim Goldenberg!
