LPGA Amateur Golf Association is an initiative born in 2018 through an alliance between the LPGA Foundation and the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA). For almost 30 years, the EWGA connected thousands of women across the U.S. and beyond to learn, play, and enjoy golf for business and fun. By joining forces, the LPGA and EWGA are able to reach more amateur women golfers and grow the game of golf for women. Founded in 1991 as EWGA Boston, the The LPGA Amateur Golf Association Boston chapter brings women together to share their passion for golf! 350 members strong, we host golf, social, and networking events for women golfers of all abilities from Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Members also have the opportunity to participate in major Regional and National championships and events. Whether you’re a beginner taking your first lesson, or an experienced lifelong golfer, you’ll find a home here with LPGA Amateurs Boston. Our members are interesting women with a variety of experiences from diverse backgrounds. We reflect a cross-section of retired, semi-retired and working women in various industries including financial services, real estate, advertising, healthcare, technology, accounting, retail, government, education, legal and law enforcement. Our mission is to provide women with ample opportunities to participate in the golf activities they enjoy. And we take our fun seriously! We offer more than 30 weekend playing opportunities from April through October, and weekly 9-hole golf leagues from May through August. We offer a complimentary Mentor program for beginning golfers, discounts on equipment and apparel, educational golf clinics, Meetup groups and competitive tournaments too. We offer a wide range of events and benefits to appeal to all skill levels. Learn more at our Chapter website www.lpgaamateursboston.com, or visit our national website: www.LPGAAmateurs.com.
