He knows what Founders looks for when recruiting and in portfolios.
Our own UX Lady Jeanne Marell (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeannemarell?authType=NAME_SEARCH&authToken=EIds&locale=en_US&trk=tyah&trkInfo=clickedVertical%3Amynetwork%2CentityType%3AentityHistoryName%2CclickedEntityId%3Amynetwork_9418765%2Cidx%3A0) is Head of User Research, Front End Innovation at Coloplast and has been hiring people in her current and past 4 jobs, going through at least 2000 applications so I'm sure she'll have something to teach us.
Our new UX lady Burcu Arsoy (https://dk.linkedin.com/in/burcuarsoy) is Senior UX Designer at Designit. She's been working from various countries and has seen her fair share of talent. She's been to countless numbers of job interviews, as an interviewee too.
