• What we'll do
CX or Customer Experience is not per say a new thing but we think there is still too much confusion surrounding the term and how it differs from UX. We've invited Søren Lybecker (https://www.linkedin.com/in/slybecker/) in to enlighten us on the matter. Søren is the co-founder of the Copenhagen based CX Club, he used to teach at DTU, currently teaches at AAU and is, in general, a sharp mind with a deep understanding of both UX and CX. Magnetix is our kind host <3

• Important to know
After the last event please be more respectful regarding sign ups! It's simply NOT okay that 50% of the signed up, didn't show up. If this continues we will either start having No-Show fees (if they aren't paid we'll remove you from the group) or start charging a ticket price. Remember we're doing this for free and when you don't show up we look super unprofessional which reflects negatively on us.
