Most of us want a world where everyone has equal access to digital information and the experiences to be equitable. But in a world where money often matters more than people, how do we get leadership or stakeholders to commit to inclusive design?

Benaz Irani - Product Design Manager at OpenTable
Benaz Irani is a design leader who empowers teams to build products that provide business impact, serve customers better and are usable by all. With a passion for solving complex enterprise problems, she has helped lead strategic design initiatives in finance, computing, health and hospitality across America and Australia. Currently based in Melbourne, she now leads a design team at OpenTable across San Francisco and Melbourne, where she empowers designers to build products that help restaurants thrive. Outside of work, Benaz enjoys mentoring aspiring designers and discovering new restaurants - which should be no surprise working in food-tech!
Bronwen Rees - Senior Product Designer at Xero
Bronwen is a female design leader with 10 years of experience within digital and product design. She takes pride in mentoring a generation of great women designers. She aims to level the playing field through collaborative and progressive thinking and taking on the varied challenges that our industry brings to us.
