Hi, my name is Lily Fontas and I'm a certified health coach who helps women lose weight without dieting. I created this group to create a community in the Bay Area for women to support one another to get and stay healthy. We are strong women who love to lift weights! Whether it's CrossFit, bodybuilding, powerlifting or your own strength training style, this is the group for you. Looking to learn more about weights and how to get started? Join us for informative, practical and results driven gatherings where we will have fun, lift heavy and improve our lives too.

We'll also discuss nutrition approaches, how to quit dieting and see results and more during our workshops.

Team Tufunga Training

We will do a 45 minute circuit style workout together at TEAM TUFUNGA GYM in Emeryville. Location: Right across from Fed Ex- parking on the street. Every move is geared for ALL Fitness Levels- all beginners are welcome! COST: $5 in cash the day of the event TO BRING: -Sneakers with treads -Towel -Water Event Schedule: 10-10:15 Sign-in, introduce yourself and meet other ladies 10:15-10:25 Warm-up 10:25-11:15 Circuit Workout for All Levels 11:15-11:30 Water & re-fuel break, Q&A with Coach Lily -ask diet, nutrition and workout questions Please note: This event is $5 cash the day of the event.
