Hi, my name is Lily Fontas and I'm a certified health coach who helps women reach their health goals without dieting. I created this group to create a community in the Bay Area for women to support one another to get and stay healthy. We are strong women who love to lift weights! Whether it's CrossFit, bodybuilding, powerlifting or your own strength training style, this is the group for you. Looking to learn more about weights and how to get started? Join us for informative, practical and results driven gatherings where we will have fun, lift heavy and improve our lives too.

We'll also discuss nutrition approaches, how to quit dieting and see results and more during our workshops.
