In this talk Roxanne explains how she dealt with resistance anyone can encounter during a project, and what she especially learned from dealing with these different kinds of heats.
Roxanne GroenenBerg is an enthusiastic and driven UX Consultant at Backelite, the Service Design Agency part of the Capgemini Group. As a consultant, she had worked for various clients, mostly at the client site, on various projects varying from redesigning business processes to optimizing the User Experience of various mediums.

MATCHING BEFORE THE EVENT
1. Mentor and mentee that we think would be a good match according to the answers on forms, will receive an email saying that they are matched. We’ll include mentee’s goal and link to linkedin as well as mentor’s linkedin so you would e-meet each other. And a contract will be included.
2. Both mentors and mentees will sign a contract online or just reply to us that they agree with the terms and conditions.
3. Match completed.
- We'll add mentees to #mentorship slack channel where you can talk to all participants of the MP
- We’ll add mentors to #mentorship and #mentors channels. #mentors will be the mentor-support channel where mentors can ask questions to other mentors
