Principal: Research and Design
Shannon is a Principal Researcher and Product Strategist at Dialexa, who brings with her, 17 years of operating at the intersection of customer needs and business impact. In her consultative and in-house roles, she has led and educated her peers on how to apply human behavior principles and methods to research problems in order to develop compelling solutions for teams within B2B, B2C, eCommerce, software, and cloud-based CRM tools across such industries as retail, healthcare, fashion and beauty, financial services, media, education, and nonprofit organizations.

Christie Kaplan
Senior Product Designer, Dialexa
Christie is a product designer with over 5 years of experience in the digital space. She designs engaging, customized product experiences, apps, and brands that creatively solve unique challenges across platforms. She primarily focuses on the user’s journey and how they interact with a product through user testing, iterating and design sprints. She also has a passion for creating visual brand identities through a customized branding workshop process that meets the business goals and values.

Ligja Gill
Ux Research Lead, Turner Sports: Warner Media
Ligja leads the UX Research practice for Turner Sports, a division of WarnerMedia. Her mission is to help deliver exceptional products experiences for fans of the NBA, college sports and e-sports, among others, through understanding user needs and behaviors.
Prior to WarnerMedia, Ligja honed her UX research skills partnering with clients across many industries through her work with consultancies, including AnswerLab and Sachs Insights.

Maya Pellegrini
User Experience Researcher, Google
Maya is a staff user experience researcher at Google, where she manages a research team and works with design, product and engineering leads to focus strategy around user needs. Prior to Google, Maya had a fulfilling UX consulting career spanning diverse industries such as finance, technology, insurance and medical devices.
Maya received her Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University and her Master's degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University.

Partner and Design Director, Funsize
Natalie is a Partner and Design Director at Funsize, a digital product design agency in Austin, Texas that creates impactful products with organizations like Volvo, Dell, Oracle, Adobe, and Toyota Connected. Before co-founding Funsize, she held senior design positions at FJORD and R/GA NY, where she was responsible for designing some of the earliest smartphone solutions for influential companies such as Verizon, Citibank, AT&T, Flickr, Formula 1, and the NFL.
