You know what they say about 'all work and no play' right?
We have spent the entire year meeting up and sharing our WordPress knowledge with one another. Now, its time to round up the year with a healthy fitness tip and warm up by yours truly; Opeyemi Bakre.
You remember her right? She was one of our speakers at our first WordCamp this year March 2018. She talked on practical tips to avoid health risks associated with working long hours on a computer.
At this meetup, she plans to make us do stretches, educate us on correct posture, muscle strengthening, aerobics, balance and coordination, as well as a bonus game called, clock yourself game 😊
