Facilitated by David Homa (Post Carbon Designs).Gain the skills needed for applying Permaculture concepts & design. Work in small groups to analyze natural systems in action, identify problems and implement lo 9designs at local Permaculture sites in Southern Maine. Experiential learning will connect skills with Permaculture core principles such as zones & sectors, explore seasonal iterations of a Permaculture design in practice, and ultimately build confidence with implementing and installing Permaculture designs. Previous guest practitioners leading hands on demonstrations have included Mycologist Dan Agro, Orchardist Jesse Stevens, Seed saver Scott Vlaun, Herbalist Cathleen Miller, Bio-dynamic practitioner Claudia Lowd, and Nurseryman Aaron Parker.
