After a rejuvenating Asana & Pranayama practice, we will sit for a guided meditation, bringing peace and calmness to the mind.
Next, Ajith takes us along a thorough sequence of balancing postures, including arm balances & inversions.
To conclude, we will learn how to chant important Sanskrit prayers and understand the meaning and significance behind them.
