Marey MacDonnelle has an extensive background in graphic and document production from working in the publishing field − beginning with educational textbooks, then distance education course material and finally mass-market book publishing for Raincoast Books. She has worked in a number of capacities: Production Coordinator, Assistant Art Director, Page Make Up Technician and Graphic Designer. Marey works with both high-end Creative Suite page layout and graphic software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat) and standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher). Marey currently works as a Desktop Publisher for RLG International, a worldwide organization of performance improvement specialists. RLG has been named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed companies for 2013.

Wendy Ly is a Human Resources Consultant whose specialty also includes international business. She is currently advising groups within Langara's Enrollment and Business Development division.
