5.8 feature review and other Laravel chit-chat

This evening we'll talk version 5.8 — What's new, do we care, will we update? We'll also revisit our chat about timezones and see how we all solved that problem, and then finally a chat debugging; what tools you use, do Blade breakpoints float your boat, and how you find those gremlins?

All levels welcome from super-pro "I used Laravel to redesign the ISS to move in time with my Spotify playlist" to just interested code-for-fun amateurs.

See you there ( hopefully :0 )

Location: Usual table. Head in, left around the bar, turn left, and we'll be somewhere on the right.

p.s. All topics open for discussion, this is just a guide to get us started.
