What we're about
This is for people who want to practice Tai Chi in a fun and relaxed environment. We will warm up with qi gong exercises (breathing and cultivation of energy) and then practice Sun style Tai Chi (balance and transfer of weight). These sessions are for older adults, former students or children of all ages. We will also practice theYang 24 form, and the new sensation that is sweeping the nation -- Minne Soh Tai chi.
