What we're about

This is for people who want to practice Tai Chi in a fun and relaxed environment. We will warm up with qi gong exercises (breathing and cultivation of energy) and then practice Sun style Tai Chi (balance and transfer of weight). These sessions are for older adults, former students or children of all ages. We will also practice theYang 24 form, and the new sensation that is sweeping the nation -- Minne Soh Tai chi.

...for older adults, former students (and people with kindred and mature spirits) and children of all ages. Knowledge and experience with qi gong (breathing and cultivation of energy) and tai chi (balance and transfer of weight) will be helpful but not a requirement if you know your body and are willing to follow along. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that grip. Classes are not totally free, you already pay taxes to support the parks and you will have to PAY attention and SPEND your time. ...along with Sun and Yang forms, modified Chen Fan, we will also practice: Minne Soh Tai Chi

Animal frolics! Let your inner monkey or tiger shine! These sessions are for older adults, children of all ages, former students (and people with kindred and mature spirits). They are free and I will make every effort to make sure you get your money's worth. We will meet indoors in the park center or outdoors weather permitting.
