Introduction to the TM Program for Nurses
To the 75 Nurses in the Las Vegas TM for Nurses Meetup community, welcome! Yes, it is possible to earn 23 Nurse Contact Hours while developing the effortless enjoyment of deep rest twenty minutes per day through the Transcendental Meditation program. TM is the most widely researched meditation practice, and the ONLY meditation endorsed by the American Heart Association for our conclusive, 5 year longitudinal study on the ability to reduce the risks of heart disease by 47% (heart attacks, strokes, hypertension). TM is taught globally by certified instructors in 7 steps. The first step is an introduction to the benefits of TM. This video (30 minutes) by Dr. Louise Allison is the equivalent of Step 1. If after viewing the video you would like more information on learning TM (and earning 23 Nurse Contact Hours), please contact me at[masked].
