I created this group for people who would love to know how to laugh easily, be relaxed and comfortable with others, to loosen up, feel light and free and have some fun that isn't at anyone else's expense. This is a safe, supportive place to come out and be yourself, free of judgment, criticism or sexual innuendos. Sadly, I used to let life get the better of me, so much so, I wasn't laughing anymore. I spent way too much time feeling lonely, sad, depressed, miserable, and down-trodden. Thanks to an impromptu encounter with the creator of Laughter Yoga 10 years ago, that all changed. Laughter comes so easily now I've even been named the Laughing Champion of Toronto, 3 times, haa, haa! So if laughing yourself into a joyFULL, alive state of happiness and health appeals to you, then I'm here to cheerfully cheer you on!!! Lynn, Lively & Laughing :) :) :)

OUTDOOR Energy-Activating Laughter Class - June 29

Laughter Yoga is a fun and simple way to bust through chronic stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

At the end of this 60-minute ONLINE class you'll likely feel much more relaxed, at ease, connected, peaceful, open, uplifted and energized.

Participating in an organized laughter yoga group has been scientifically shown to bring about measurable physiological and psychological benefits. When practiced regularly the effects can be life-changing! You can indeed Laugh Yourself Happy & Healthy!

Class fee: $20 CA (includes Eventbrite fee & taxes)

Dress comfortably for ease of movement and breathing. Street clothes are fine. Keep some drinking water handy - lots of laughing can make you thirsty!

Optional: Have a yoga mat or towel on hand which you can use for the last quarter of the class when you have the option of lying down on the grass for the final laughter exercise.

Eat lightly beforehand as laughing on a full stomach can be uncomfortable.
