Improv was a huge part of me getting over my anxiety. Now I'm taking my years of learning about self-help and anxiety, and putting it together with my years of training and teaching improv, to create classes designed to help people with their anxiety in a fun and playful way. Wow that was a long sentence. 

Right now there's 6-week class, so that people get comfortable with each other, building trust and support, and an environment where we can grow even more. 

There are also plans for drop-in classes, where you can meet new people (who are there for a shared reason) and get better at the basics. Also, one-on-ones, and getting speakers to come in and share with the group. 

From my experience, just knowing that everyone is here for the same reason, builds a tremendous sense of community and support (without judgement). Looking forward to us playing together.
