Feeling stressed or just wanting to add some more laughter to your daily routine?
Join us for some stress-busting, invigorating, uplifting laughter!
It's time to take control of our inner joy by incorporating mindful laughter into our busy lives. The laughter club is where participants can experiment with their laughter in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
We don't perform yoga poses. Instead, we practice different laughter exercises , laughing from our diaphragms. and deep breathing exercises.
These simple combinations of laughter, breathing, singing and dancing draws more oxygen into the body, opening up the arteries and also oxygenates the brain to create those happy endorphins. Laughter Yoga promotes wellness and boosts the immune system, energizes, empowers, helps to regulate blood pressure and reduces feelings of loneliness, depression and anxiety.
We hope to see you at our next Sunday afternoon- 2-3 pm Laughter Club meeting at our new and larger location at The Unitarian Universalist Church of Delaware County, 145 W. Rose Tree Rd, Media, PA
It's always a good idea to arrive 10 mins. early to sign in.
