Come together every few weeks to jumpstart your joy with laughter exercises that promote emotional catharsis, as well as healing qigong practices, heart centered meditation, mindful awareness, and Breathwork. The aim of our meetups is to release the build up of stress and uplift our hearts/spirits/energy while also grounding and centering to presence ourselves. We'll ride the waves between high energy laughter and playfulness and slowing down to drop into our body-mind awareness. This is also an opportunity to sink in and find the thread of your intuition amidst it all. There's a good amount of fun, smiling, and movement (all movement can be modified) and often a dance near the end. It is an energizing and relaxing hour that will go by quicker than you think.
