We will be doing a low-impact, high-hilarity workout focused on maximizing yummy breathing, positive thinking, and proven ways to feel better and improve our Immune systems. De-stress in a fun way. It's a complete well-being workout, equal parts physical, emotional and spiritual, and it's suitable for all ability levels. Some will participate from seated positions.
