As part 2 of a 3 part series, Callum & Sherril will be taking the audience through a compelling brand exercise that will help position our brands for success. They’ll connect the dots between brand purpose and personality allowing us to frame our brands’ stories in compelling ways. We’ll also learn how to differentiate ourselves from our competition and engage our audiences in meaningful, relevant ways. As an FYI, in part 1 of this series those in attendance explored how Purpose and Forecasts are more relevant to today's business than Mission, Vision and Values. Callum explained strategic planning and everyone started creating a foundation and plan to actually use for their brand. SPEAKER BIO
Callum Beattie is a Partner and the founder of Honest Agency Ltd; a Winnipeg based Branding and Communications Agency. Callum has been working in the Marketing and Advertising industry for 20 years, since graduating from the University of Manitoba with his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing.

Having worked with clients across industries like telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, the not for profit sector and more, Callum has the breadth and depth of experience that allows him to be able to understand the core issues an organization faces, and provide effective solutions.

In addition to running a business for the past 17 years, Callum has taught Advertising Basics at Red River College and has taught a course for U of M Graphic Design students at Martha Street Studio. This summer he will be teaching Advertising Fundamentals at the University of Winnipeg. He has also lectured to various business groups about the power of story telling and building effective brands.
