"Just A Thought Away" is a co-facilitated guided experience which is respectful of your own ability to go with in. We use facilitation to support people in moving thru each form of meditation. Additionally, a facilitated experience supports those who are new to meditation and/or struggling to meditate effectively feel comforted as they are supported during the journey.
We believe that meditation is a personal experience and is as varied as the individual engaging in the practice. We've discovered that there is no 'right' or 'wrong' way to meditate however there are effective and non-effective processes. This is all based on what you seek to achieve through your practice: silence, slowing thoughts, connecting with the higher power of your choosing, being present, healing, charging your chakras, fostering creativity and the possibilities are endless.
We've created this group to offer a safe space to experience meditation and visualization as a means to bring peace, joy, love, contentment, understanding, clarity, creativity and health. We are a married couple, blended family, self-employed, healers and certified wellness practitioners. We use a variety of meditative tools and we've created this group to share our gifts and receive yours. Rather than "teach" you anything, we utilize our lives as a demonstration of what is possible to support the unfolding of your unique meditative truth.
This group is open to ALL - our focus is on the beginner, those struggling to start or to maintain a vibrant practice.
This group is for anyone who:
-Struggles to hold an image for more than 30 seconds.
-finds it difficult to sit still.
-thinks you need to meditate for hours in order to create a shift
-desires to create an effective meditative practice.
-desires to extend/lengthen the amount to time they spend meditating
- new to meditation.
-struggling with what meditation can look like
-has given up on meditation
-experienced meditation as hard
-is not experiencing peace/transformation with their current meditative practice
-believes it takes a long time to shift from upset to contentment
-open to new ideas
-wants a shared experience
-desires to deepen their connection with whatever they call their higher power.

-develop a practice the feels easy, light, fun and effective (because you say so)
-Extend the length of their meditation time

-Energize the mind, body & soul connection
