Le Wagon Talk with Jesse

For this exciting Tech Talk, we welcome to the (campus) stage: Jesse Ramon-Brown - CEO of Enverse! 🎉

After having worked in various startups in the Paris scene ever since he graduated from Le Wagon batch #25 in Amsterdam, Jesse has held many different roles, starting as a full-stack dev, to a product owner, product manager to CPO. To finally the CEO of Enverse, that he recently co-founded. 😎

Passionate about products from the start, Jesse wanted to start his career as a developer to make sure he covered all the technical aspects. After spending 3 years as a software developer, Jesse got the opportunity to become a product manager at Frichti (a leading food delivery app in France). There he managed the Core-Engine team and managed several projects including CRM management, search optimizations, a migration from Shopify to a headless CMS, never neglecting performance issues. 💪

He was then CPO and partner for Roadstr, a peer-to-peer car rental marketplace with more than 50 000 registered users and 2 500 cars available across France. Jesse led a development team to overhaul (re-design + refactoring) the entire platform (5 years of backlog) in one month. In addition to shipping many new features, he also led a year-long re-design of the web app.

More recently, Jesse co-founded Enverse to assure tech has an impact on our Climate Crisis. Enverse Labs is a software studio that creates eco-conceived software for impact. Enverse helps clients design, build, and ship responsible products and services. As well as ship in-house products with the same ambition: fight for a more sustainable future.
Having started just a few months ago, Enverse has already worked with various clients including United Nations, Heretique and Socious.
