Après 15 ans comme développeur puis 15 ans comme leader en ingénierie, dont 10 chez Heroku et Salesforce, Francis coache aujourd'hui des CTO et cofondateurs techniques de startups. Il les aide à sortir du mode pompier pour diriger avec clarté et confiance. Enseignant de méditation depuis 2020, il allie rigueur technique et sagesse pratique dans son approche du leadership.

Eric Cappannelli, Consultant automatisation & BI, Cappasoft
Ex-CTO et co-fondateur d'Inbe, firme de recherche en innovation appliquée aux PME, Eric Cappannelli accompagne maintenant les équipes tech dans l'intégration concrète de l'IA. Trente ans à livrer des systèmes lui ont appris une chose : automatiser sans travailler l'intelligence émotionnelle des équipes, c'est construire sur du sable.

Antoine Ayoub, co-fondateur, Le Wagon Canada
Entrepreneur tech et cofondateur de Le Wagon Canada, l’un des bootcamps tech et IA de référence en Amérique du Nord. Ingénieur TI de formation et passé par le conseil en stratégie chez Accenture, il combine stratégie, opérations et entrepreneuriat.

Le panel sera modéré par Jean-François Berthiaume, conseiller en développement des affaires avec 15 ans d’expérience dans l’écosystème financier québécois. Jean-François a également mené des mandats en politique municipale et fédérale. Il est actuellement étudiant au programme AI Software du Wagon Montréal.

A hands-on intro to containerization, brought to you by Le Wagon in partnership with Caisse Desjardins des Technologies.

Containers have become a core skill in modern data and software infrastructure — and this free 1-hour workshop is the fastest way to get hands-on with them.

Why join? Docker makes it easier to build, ship, and run applications anywhere. In this session, you'll go beyond the theory and actually create and run your own containers — so you leave with something concrete under your belt.
This workshop is part of the launch of our new Data Engineering bootcamp. After the session, you'll have the chance to ask questions and connect directly with Desjardins Data Engineers.

Who is this for? This workshop is designed for data and IT professionals — whether you're in data analytics, data science, or a technical role — who want to add containerization to their toolkit.

What you'll learn
✅ Containers, images, and Dockerfiles — what they are and how they differ
✅ How to create and run your own Docker container
✅ How to build a simple app using Docker
✅ How to work with Docker Desktop alongside the command line

What to bring Come with your laptop with Docker Desktop installed, a code editor (VS Code recommended), and access to a terminal.

AI coding tools are changing how we build and work, but they can feel like a black box. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll go beyond the hype to understand how Claude code works and how to use it to build your own project.

Who is it for?
This workshop is open to everyone. Whether you’re just starting out or already familiar with APIs and web development basics.

What you’ll learn

• You’ll set up Claude Code and get comfortable working in the terminal, including practical tips to stay efficient.
• From there, we’ll break down how AI agents work in real work flows: when they’re useful, where they fall short, and why human oversight still matters.
• You’ll also explore how to combine:
• Skills (autonomous AI-driven tasks)
• Tools (deterministic scripts the AI can call)
• By the end of the session, you’ll have built a simple multi-step automated work flow that produces structured output — and leave with a solid foundation to keep experimenting on your own.
