We are happy to invite Vasilis Gkogkidis to be our facilitator for this Lego Serious Play (LSP) workshop where he will share with us his “outside looking in” perspective on the Scrum framework.
Scrum may be the most famous Agile framework used by organisations all over the world.
Vasilis is a Lego Serious Play facilitator with experience in many different setups and types of workshops. From strategy sessions with companies to teaching management at the University of Brighton to facilitating LSP sessions for 40 people in conferences he will share with us his view of what Scrum is and how to combine it with LSP.
Come along to this workshop to have a taste of what Lego Serious Play is and how it can be used in Scrum and to to teach Scrum and the underlying principles of being agile.
Workshop Outline:
- Skills Building: where you will learn how LSP works and get the necessary skills to build models
- Sprint Planning: Vasilis will give you a backlog of tasks and have you decide how to work in teams to finish them
- Sprint: you work in teams to make what needs to be made
- Daily Stand-up: you will have one or two stand-ups during the sprint to make improvements on how you work
- Sprint Review: you will present what you produced to everyone and share what went well and what needs improvement
