The Lean Service Simulation describes a fictitious Insurance company, InsureFlow, which specialises in asset insurance. From running the simulation in different rounds participants will experience the process benefits of Lean including understanding customer value, elimination of waste, opportunities for digitisation and managing demand variation.
The game is highly engaging and fun and measurement will be taken to show the outcome of lean based thinking.
The game will be facilitated by Ketan Varia who delivers Lean training to large organisation and in particular to the service industry.
Note the slightly earlier start time - this is to ensure we have enough time to complete the simulation.
We also need a minimum of 12 people, so please only RSVP Yes if you are sure you can attend so that we can confident we have enough people.
