In this online Lean Agile Edinburgh meetup we’ll be shining a spotlight on the Agile Retrospective, in particular how do you run an engaging and effective retrospective remotely. This session will be a mix of short presentations, tip sharing, Q&A, polls and some discussion using the lean coffee format.
