Mental models for team effectiveness with Zane Cunningham

For our June event, Zane Cunningham (https://www.linkedin.com/in/zanecunningham/) will be giving a talk on mental models for team effectiveness. Zane has experience working with teams in the automotive and aerospace industries, in lean manufacturing and software development. In his talk, Zane will share some of his favourite mental models that help teams improve and collaborate. There will be time for Q&A at the end of Zane's talk.

As has been the norm for our meetups over the past year, this event will be online so we hope to see some of our international guests come along! Sadly, it's still BYO for pizza and drinks but here's hoping that we'll get a face to face meetup soon!
