We're delighted to offer an extra Lean Agile Glasgow Meetup this month hosted by J.P. Morgan and featuring Mob Programming pioneer Woody Zuill.

Join us for a talk from Woody followed by Lean Coffee. Pizza, beer and soft drinks will be provided courtesy of J.P. Morgan.

Mob Programming is a software development approach where the whole team works on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and on the same computer. Think pair programming but for the whole team! It is a whole team approach to designing, coding, and testing, along with working with the customers, users and other stakeholders. Woody Zuill is a pioneer of the Mob Programming approach to teamwork in software development, and is considered one of the founders of the "#NoEstimates" discussion on Twitter.
