Communities and Kermit with Lynsae Tulloch

Details

Everything you ever needed to know about supporting high functioning Communities of Practice – lessons from Kermit the Frog
Join us at Lean Agile Glasgow on Wednesday 13 April when global communities champion Lynsae Tulloch will explore how to create and support Communities of Practice – through the inspiration of Kermit the Frog.
With lessons drawn from everyone’s favourite felt amphibian, Lynsae will explore Kermit’s approach to teamwork, inclusivity, and the power of positivity, and will show how we can successfully interweave these essential elements into our own communities.
With a smattering of the science behind belonging and the psychology of learning, this will be a tongue in cheek – if not frog in throat – journey into how we can shape robust, meaningful, measurable and inclusive communities where all are welcome to learn, share, grow, and have fun.
Bio:
Lynsae Tulloch is a journalist-turned-communities champion working mostly in the Agile transformation space. A former CEO, and a certified Agile Coach and Scrum Master, she’s worked with incredible teams in the health, education, finance and government sectors.
Lynsae is currently leading change communications and communities in a global renewables energy company, and is at her happiest supporting Communities of Practice flourish from her seat at the back of the room.
