About our panelists

Manasi Kulkarni - is a Software developer at Thoughtworks with over 6 years experience in building web services and distributed systems. She considers herself a polygot developer who has worked in many diverse domains and tech stacks. Manasi has built software for production systems through Agile methodologies and believes in building autonomous teams that have a product focus, build high quality production systems through automation for functional and Cross functional requirements. She has helped many clients build Continuous Delivery capabilities through automation and infrastructure as code. She is interested in tackling complex problems and strongly believes in enabling people and teams.

Ashitha Johnson - An Enterprise Agile coach and Professional Scrum Trainer, with over 10 years of experience in helping organisations transition and mature in Agile adoption. One of less than 250 Professional Scrum Experts worldwide, I have a passion for Scrum and Agility. I enjoy working with teams – C-suite to product development teams, supporting them as they achieve their aspirations of Agility. I seek simplicity and continue to be curious about people.

Taheerah Atchia - is a QA advocate with a passion for improvement in Quality processes. She specialises in Agile Testing and in developing teams to realign their methods of working to a more collaborative and productive ethic. Having worked with a few household names that are specialists in their field (,, Taheerah has honed her capabilities in coaching, mentoring and team leading, as well as more strategic and technical demands associated with testing. Her mission is to develop teams to transform their thinking, approach and capability, resulting in a happier and more efficient workforce.

Ian Carroll - is a consultant, coach, and speaker on all topics related to Kanban and Agile software development. His 30 years of hands-on experience helps clients transform their organisations using Kanban and other Lean and Agile techniques. Ian has trained and coached hundreds of software development teams in Agile, Lean, and Kanban techniques.

Doors open at 6.30pm with the talk starting promptly at 7pm.
