Maturity Mapping, using Wardley Maps and Cynefin lets develop situational awareness and build a shared understanding of your unique challenges and where to focus your improvement efforts.
Chris McDermott of Lean Agile Scotland and Lean Agile Glasgow shared this technique in a workshop format, and now we're bringing it to Stockport to help you to learn how to put it into practice in a hands on workshop within a team.
You’ll be presented with a scenario and then be guided through the process of producing a map. You’ll then be made aware of a change and asked what elements of your map you’d move to meet the challenge.
