Steffen Wicker – Homeday
Steffen is one of the founders of Simfy, Germany's first music streaming service. After raising several millions in funding and leading the market in Germany, they eventually lost the race to Spotify. Undeterred, he has co-founded Homeday (https://www.homeday.de/), a revolutionary new way to buy and sell property. Throughout this rollercoaster ride, Steffen has had to do several pivots. He will share his lessons learned and explain how a Lean Startup approach helped him improve and speed up his startups.
