Speakers:
Rajiv Menon is an entrepreneur, speaker, and mentor. He is the founder of Informulate, a software and innovation consultancy that employs Lean Startup and Agile methodologies. He is also the organizer for Lean Startup Orlando and Startup Weekend Orlando. He is the Chair of the Orlando Tech Council, and on the board of the Rally Social Enterprise Accelerator.

Jared McGuire is a Scrum Master, Technical Lead and Software Architect. With over a decade of experience in various technical and leadership roles, Jared enjoys solving business problems through deep client engagement, creative problem solving, and the use of innovation methodologies. He enjoys mentoring and brings growth focus and continuous improvement to his teams, and to the community.
