Guest speaker Cindy Halim will explore Design Thinking foundations, demonstrating how sticky notes and the right questions lead to the delivery of new features and products that meet real customer needs.

Product Manager / Design Thinker
Cindy Halim joined 3Pillar Global as a Product Manager in early 2016. She is an extroverted, action-oriented product enthusiast with a strong passion for solving problems and creating awesome user experiences that delight the users and help the business grow. She has a strong focus in user experience and helping clients transform their practices to follow the design thinking methodology by incorporating design into the agile development practice. Roles outside of work include being a swimmer, a dancer, a trapeze artist, an obstacle course athlete wannabe, a food and wine lover, and a seasoned world traveler.
