Radical startup, controlling your life, raising VC, & more: chat w/ Jordi Romero

Thursday, January 24th

• Movistar Centre at Carrer de Fontanella, 2 (Portal del Àngel)
  Doors open @ 1840
  Talk begins @ 1900
  Networking and beers @ 2000

Jordi is a techie from Barcelona. His first company, Teambox, has raised over $20 million and successfully "went international" to expand to San Francisco. He now runs Factorial HR, which has raised $3.5 million. He's also spent time on the investor's side of the table as CEO of Itnig. We'll be chatting with him about all things startup and life, including how to pick ideas, the experience of expanding to the US, and what he's doing differently now that he's doing it all over again.

We'll also have plenty of time for you to ask Jordi for his take on your own questions and issues, and will wash it all down with a few beers (and some good conversation) afterwards. This should be a great session, and I hope you'll be able to join us.

Be sure to register (required for attendance). And if you know anyone else who could use a dose of information and inspiration, add a +1 and bring them along!

Location is the Movistar Centre (our usual spot, recently renamed) at Carrer de Fontanella, 2 (Portal del Àngel)
