In this class we'll explore the unique states of consciousness associated with the sleeping/ dreaming mind. Specifically a phenomenon that each of us experiences every night - sleep paralysis. This perfectly natural state is something we can learn to use to our advantage allowing us to experiment with astral projection/ OBEs.

We'll also explore the use of lucid dreaming as a gateway into astral projection and as a training ground for the experiences that will arise on your journey into other dimensions.
