Comparing Agile Scaling Frameworks: LeSS, S@S, SAFe

Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Scrum @ Scale, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are all competing for mindshare and market share.
This presentation will evaluate:

  1. What are their primary differences?
  2. What are their important commonalities?
  3. How well does each one embody the Agile values and principles???

About the Speaker: Brad Swanson
Brad is a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC) with expertise in Scrum, Lean, and Kanban, and an early adopter of eXtreme Programming (XP) in 1999. Brad is a former President of Agile Denver and co-founder of the Mile High Agile conference, the region’s largest Agile gathering. Brad is a speaker at international conferences including numerous Global Scrum Gatherings in the USA and Asia, Agile 2011-2014, Mile High Agile, Agile Development Conference East & West, Scrum Colombia Meetup, and PMI Mile Hi Symposium.
