Harmony Night - Acapella Chorus

Harmony Night is the Upper Valley’s multi-generational a cappella community chorus that features a mix of music from a variety of composers, eras, and cultures!
This chorus is under the direction of Mark Nelson of the Upper Valley Music Center and is open to all ages and everyone who loves to sing! No auditions are required and all experience levels are welcome.
Rehearsal Days & Times: Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.1 attendee
Sound Bath
River Valley Community College, 15 Hanover Street, Lebanon, NH, USCome drop into the comfort, safety and deep relaxation of a Sound Bath. An internal washing away of our worries & concerns, leaving the focus on peaceful vibrations (Singing Bowls) and presence. You may fall asleep, which is common, but the benefits still available; hence feeling rejuvenated and refreshed afterwards. A few benefits of Sound Healing: stress reduction, better sleep, mental clarity, emotional healing, as well as physical healing.
Bring your own yoga mat.
