Come and have a calming, guided secular meditation in the middle of the day. Please arrive between 12.15 and 12.25 in good time to start promptly at 12.30. These are offered free, and you do not need to book. However, a donation towards the running of the centre is always welcome, and a guideline is £3 for this session. But if you cannot afford anything, just come - the most important thing is you benefit from it.
