Hi! My name is Samson Jagoras. Over my 11+ years in business, executive leadership & entrepreneurship, I have served as a professional futures & commodities broker, built a single family rental property business, I currently own a boutique gym and I am the Chief Strategy Officer of a fortune 500 marketing and technology company.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado in 2008, I made my entrance into futures trading where I managed trading accounts for my customers, learned market analysis, and designed trading strategies. Most notably I have been a key player on the executive leadership team at Madwire, a fortune 500 marketing and technology company located in Fort Collins, Colorado. I have aided in taking Madwire’s revenue from 7 million to over 100 million and grown the company from 35 employees to 600 employees in 10 years. Having built 4 departments, consulted thousands of business on marketing and business operations, hiring north of 400 employees, and coaching countless business and marketing professionals, I now acts as Madwire’s CSO and Growth Vue’s Asset Manager. My strengths are in business development, operational leadership and technical analysis.
September 29, 2008 The Dow Jones fell 777 points in a single day. At the time, I was 4 months into my career as a Futures & Commodities (Series 3) Broker-but this moment in time fundamentally shaped my career as an investor, business leader and asset manager. The higher the potential reward, the higher the risk. Leverage is a great thing, until it is not. At its core, risk aversion is my #1 investing rule. This is why I love large commercial multifamily. During the 2008 subprime debacle, the default rate on commercial multifamily loans was 0.04% (less than a 1%) and since 2000 ownership of real estate has out performed the stock market by 2x. NCREIF Property Index (NPI Index) has shown a 10.7% annual return compared to the 6.14% annual return from the S&P 500. The rate of return vs. the relative risk (sharp-ratio) is the reason why I love multifamily. Nothing gives me more joy that helping others grow their wealth. I love negotiating deals and managing assets on behalf of our investor group.
