What we’re about

See all- Family & Beginner Bird Walk at Trexler Nature PreserveLehigh Valley Zoo, Schnecksville, PA
Families and beginner birders are invited to experience the spring migration at Trexler Nature Preserve near Schnecksville, Lehigh County on Saturday, May 4. We will meet at the Lehigh Valley Zoo parking lot (see map) at 9:00 a.m. and enjoy a two-hour bird walk along the Jordan Creek. We hope to see a variety of migratory songbirds in the forests, grasslands, and Jordan Creek riparian zone.
This program is free and open to birders of all experience levels. A limited number of loaner binoculars will be available for those who need them.
Contact trip leader, Chad Schwartz, at youth@lvaudubon.org or 484-225-0107 if you have any questions.
