Cesar Tamayo is a real estate investor and private lender in Berks County, PA. Cesar has done a little bit of everything in real estate from buy and hold to fix and flip and wholesaling. Throughout all of that he has been private lending since 2017 and is focusing his efforts this year on growing his lending business. Cesar has helped both experienced and inexperienced investors grow their business.

At the meetup, Cesar will share his journey in private lending including how he got started, his lending process, and how he is helping others with private lending.
