This Meetup group is hosted by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (UK) Leicester. We teach Raja Yoga as a way of experiencing peace of mind and a positive approach to life. In addition, we provide a number of events, talks, workshops and seminars for people from all religious and cultural backgrounds to explore their own spirituality and learn life skills of reflection and meditation, derived from Raja Yoga. This has helped thousands of people across the UK develop inner calm, clear thinking and personal well-being.

Transcend Negative Feelings Negativity, of any form impacts our mood, our physical body and our relationships. The question is how do we arise above the negativity. Although the time requires us to be physically distant for a while, we will continue to stay connected and offer our free courses, talks, meditation sessions and other activities online through various channels, as much as possible. We will also be experimenting with new ways to be together and offer support virtually. Brahma Kumaris students around the UK (and around the world) meditate every evening 7.00pm - 7.30pm. Such as, we lose our job and there is fear or is it an opportunity for me to pursue a long-held dream?
