Our Weekly Coffee Mornings are open to both members and non-members – so feel free to bring your friends! We just ask that you sign up through this page so we have an idea of numbers. Entry to this event is free, attendees can purchase their own coffee, tea, and refreshments from the venue. Depending on the weather we could be in- or out at the back garden, ask serving staff where we are sitting.
Come and join us at Grand Café de Burcht for hopefully another thrilling quiznight! The quiz will start at 20:30 but we recommend being there earlier (between 20:00 and 20:15) so we can all get a seat, form teams if we have more than six people, get a drink etc. before the quiz starts. the quiz will be presented by Roland of the Carmen San Diego’s this week. The bar charges a fee of €2,50 (in cash) per person. For this, you get to play in the quiz, be served some snacks and are eligible for the prizes should we win. Which usually consists of an assortment of drinks and candy. Check out results, rankings and more here: https://www.facebook.... (https://www.facebook.com/DeBurchtQuizNight/) Now this may sound surprising to some, but if you say here you will go to this meetup, we sort of expect you to attend. We try to save space and wait with the forming of teams until everybody is there but it is always disappointing to have people not showing up. We realise things can interfere, but we kindly ask you to change your RSVP or leave a comment if this is the case. Repeated no-shows without notice will be nominated for removal from the group. Hope to see you all next week though!
